This document is a designed six-month roadmap that sets out how I planned to introduce AI into the graphic design team’s workflow in a practical, realistic way. It breaks the process down into clear phases, focusing on where AI could genuinely add value, and how the team would adopt it. The aim was to create a clear, usable plan that supports better ways of working, builds confidence in AI tools, and integrates AI as a natural part of how the team operates day to day.
